[Video Game News] Telltale Announces Back To The Future Video Games

I don’t play video games, but if I did, I imagine the only thing that could trump my excitement about this news would be the announcement of a Marvin Berry & the Starlighters reunion tour.

According to this site, Telltale Games (makers of a game or two I’m sure some of you have played/heard of) are releasing an episodic game based on Back To The Future, the single greatest achievement in cinematic history. I checked out of the video game scene after Wild Gunman, but this news is enough to even get my heart racing at about 88 MPH [I really wish I could close with a better reference than this, but I’m pressed for time (insert even lamer and more obvious DeLorean joke here)].

New Kanye West song leaks, takes over the internet

No matter you’re opinion of hip-hop dynamo Kanye West, chances are you can at least recognize the musical talent of the man. This week a new song leaked from his next album Good Ass Job, and it sounds as if Kanye has not only gone back to his bread and butter sound, but it sounds as if his motivation is sky high. The song is called “Power,” and it’s old school Kanye (old school? The guy has been around less than a decade!). But nonetheless, Kanye seems to be back in top form.

[Energy News] Mini Chill Giveaway at Minichill.com!

A while back I reviewed an anti-energy shot called Mini Chill, a product that helped you cool off, focus, and relax instead of hyping you up with energy. Tech News: The Palm Pre Gets Release Date and Pricing. Do Want

I’ve been a BlackBerry guy ever since I owned the 7100 from Nextel. When Sprint and Nextel merged I was finally able to upgrade to a BlackBerry Curve 8330. Since then I have been fully satisfied with everything my BlackBerry has to offer me and have never thought about changing brands.

palm-pre-sprintUntil now.

The Palm Pre, exclusive to Sprint. I’ve complained and whined about Sprint not staying up to date with their BlackBerry line, a problem that has actually caused me to consider switching carriers and going over to AT&T for some Bold action, but this burns that idea to a crisp.

The Pre should be released June 6th for $199.99 when you take advantage of the mail-in rebate and purchase a 2-year contract. It has been crowned Engadget’s Most Anticipated Gadget of 2009, and for several good reasons. It’s sleek, compact, and has a touch-screen that doesn’t suck, unlike most LG and Samsung phones out there.

Music News: Radiohead Begin Work on New Album

Pretentious music snobs and lack wits desperately attempting to gain music credibility (the author raises his hand) can rejoice, as it has been announced that Radiohead, the most important band in the aforementioned demographics, has begun work on a new album.

According to NME, the band headed into the studio last week to begin recording the follow-up to 2007’s Grammy winning “In Rainbows.” The album is being produced by Nigel Godrich, who has helmed the group’s previous five albums.radiohead-le-groupe-au-complet
